Exceptional service and attention to detail! 10/10 would recommend! Paula took the time to really pick my brain regarding my wants and dislikes, dealbreakers and the like. She did this so well that she already knew what my decision would be prior to my arrival - I’m a “I hear you but I just need to see” type and I appreciated that she understood that about me and didn’t make me feel bad about it. She turned it into a fun game of her prerecording her thoughts on my decision to share with me after letting me walk-through the houses and tell her my decision. Beyond that she was extremely flexible with my schedule which is no small task. For such a stressful process in general, she always made me feel heard, seen, and understood. Adding encouragement when things didn’t pan out in my favor, and never letting me give up on my goal.
